Hello Friends, Subscribe HereIN THIS ISSUEOver the last several years, much of my work has focused on freedom, truth, systems, and the larger forces shaping our world. And while I still believe those conversations deeply matter, something has also become increasingly clear to me: How we live our personal lives—our health, our emotional well-being, our resilience, our daily foundations—directly affects our ability to respond wisely and effectively to the larger issues unfolding around us. In many ways, the micro shapes the macro. And after the last two issues surrounding David Wilcock and the pressures faced by those on the front lines of truth and freedom research, I found myself reflecting even more deeply on the importance of self-care, healing, and inner stability. Because those carrying heavy truths, challenging systems, and working to protect freedom also need lives that genuinely support them—not just outwardly, but inwardly. Lives with more peace. And perhaps most importantly… Lives no longer quietly shaped by unresolved pain, survival patterns, and emotional exhaustion. These reflections deepened for me through the last two issues surrounding David Wilcock and the emotional toll often carried by those working on the front lines of truth and freedom research. If you missed those issues, you can read them here: Behind the Death of David Wilcock—What Is It Showing Us? | The Awakening 4:32 - Read here So Much Grief RIP David Wilcock Soul Family | The Awakening 4:31 - Read here I would like to propose imagining a life of tranquility and simplicity. A life where days have a natural flow, and where the core foundations of living are functioning well enough that life begins to hum along sweetly. As an exercise, choose the top 5 areas of your life that, if they were operating at a level 10 (with 10 being optimal), would create a strong and nourishing foundation for your life. Then take a quiet moment and honestly assess each one. Where are you right now on a scale of 1 to 10? What is thriving? As I reflected on this for myself, a few core essentials emerged: Health. High quality nutrition, healthful meals, organic and GMO-free foods when possible, and a pantry stocked with nourishing supplements and superfoods. A conscious relationship with money—saving regularly, budgeting clearly, and bringing greater awareness to the flow of income and spending. Time for meditation, quiet reflection, reading good books, being in nature, and allowing space for rest and restoration. And perhaps most importantly… Healing the deeper wounds that quietly shape how we live our lives. Because I’m beginning to see more clearly that unresolved trauma can make even simple acts of self-care feel difficult or inconsistent. Last Week I Shared About Healing

Hello Friends, Subscribe Here IN THIS ISSUE Before I began writing this week’s issue, I sat with the material for a while—quietly reflecting and listening within. My overall ask of myself was: how does this actually relate to my readers? What came to me was a simple phrase: The NEWS and YOU. Not just what is happening in the world, but what is being revealed through it—and what it might mean to each of us personally. Because I suspect that meaning isn’t the same for everyone. What if the...
