“There is love and there is hate.
And what I came to understand very early on is that this world operates on frequency.
There are different frequencies — and some are much more dangerous than others.
The highest frequency is love.
And the lowest is fear.
And what’s interesting is that when scientists look at frequencies, they see that when a higher frequency meets a lower frequency, they don’t fight each other.
The lower frequency simply collapses.
It’s like turning on a light in a dark room.
The darkness doesn’t fight back.
It just disappears.
So when you understand this, you start to realize — why wouldn’t we choose love?
Why wouldn’t we choose the highest frequency available?
Because when you do, the fear has nowhere to go.
That’s why fear-based systems need you afraid.
They need you reacting.
But the moment you stop reacting — the moment you become calm, present, centered — the whole system begins to fall apart.
You don’t need to fight it.
You simply stop feeding it.
And that is how you win.”
